If you are not satisfied with our product, please send us an email at email@example.com with the subject line "Refund Order # Number" Within 30 days of your purchase, and we will issue a full refund. We will try to make it as easy as possible, with free return shipping.
How Refund Process Works:
- The Customer needs to contact us via email to apply for a refund.
- The Customer needs to take the picture of an item and attach it to an email to verify.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Refund Order # Number."
- The product should be in its original condition to get approval for a refund.
- Once the refund is approved, We will provide the address of our warehouse to ship the product back to us. We will pay for shipping.
- Please Make a note; this process can take 15 to 20 days.
- Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used.
We will provide a full refund under the following circumstances:
- Exchange of an item
- Customer mind change
- Faulty Or Broken Item
- Damaged on arrival
- Wrong Product Delivered
- Product never delivered
- Cancellation after order
The product must be in new condition, undamaged, and its original packaging for a full refund; for opened or damaged products, a re-stocking fee will be charged depending on the item.
