All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer international shipping to most countries.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount subject to our return policy. Please email us at customerservice@impetrogear.com if you want to return a product.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@impetrogear.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We are IMPETRO GEAR, a new outdoor gear company
originally founded in Salzburg, Austria and now operating from Vancouver

Living in Vancouver but having grown up near the Canadian Rockies, Umair has always been immersed in the outdoors. Now it means immersing others with Impetro Gear to experience the outdoors like never before.

LUKE

Development and Production Consultant

Luke is an Australian living in Vietnam. With significant experience in designing backpacks, Luke provides support in both the development and production of the backpacks.

Originally from France and now living in Austria, Jeremy always had a passion for product design, and was one of the original concept developers behind our modular backpack system.
