We, at Impetro Gear, ask all of us to challenge our horizons, and that applies to us as well. We choose high quality materials, construct them to a high manufacturing standard, and test products rigorously to design, manufacture and provide you the best equipment we can.
Impetro Gear proudly stands behind its gear: all our products carry a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for the intended life of the product under normal use, with proof of purchase.
While we always stand 100% behind our workmanship and materials, to keep providing our customers competitive prices, we have placed some reasonable limitations on the warranty. We cannot cover damage due to unreasonable or abusive use, improper cleaning or storage, or normal wear and tear. We’ve provided some more detail below on the limitations
of the warranty.
Unreasonable or Abusive Use: Activities falling
outside the intended use of the products and would qualify as “unreasonable or abusive”, voiding your warranty.
Improper Cleaning Or Storage: Just like all gear and apparel, our equipment needs to be cared for and cleaned to maintain durability and performance. Not falling guidelines for storage and cleaning would fall under this category.
Normal Wear & Tear: This is defined as the expected and inevitable damage that occurs because of normal use and/or aging of a product. Damage from normal wear and tear should not render your product unusable during a reasonable life cycle, but it should be noted that products should not be expected to perform indefinitely at the same level as when they were originally purchased.
Impetro Gear warranty claims will be limited to repair, replacement, or credit.
Charges for shipping and insuring packages to Impetro Gear will be covered by us and Impetro Gear will ship the warrantied product back to the customer via ground shipping free of charge.

details that you can provide.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
60 Days to Change Your Mind
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or would like to exchange it for another item, you may return the original unused merchandise within 60 days of the original shipped date
for a prompt refund. You will be refunded for the merchandise total plus applicable sales tax paid.
When returning items, please ensure packaging is still intact and that the items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, so we can give you your full refund.
Once the item(s) have been delivered to our warehouse, it can take up to 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed and sent to
you.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS:
Damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 90 days of your order's ship date. If we are notified of damaged/defective merchandise after this timeframe, we will not be able to process your request.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email
us as soon as possible at customerservice@impetrogear.com,
with your order number and a photo
of the item’s condition.
If we determine that the product is damaged/incorrect, our customer service team will provide you with a pre-paid return label and shipping instructions. Once we receive the item and have validated the damage/defect, you will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
