Do you sell through retail stores? Can I come visit your store before purchasing?

We are looking into building partnerships with retail outlets in US and Europe. That said, currently we only sell through our website.

Any backpack we sell is backed by our 90 day no hassle return policy. We will gladly take any backpack if it doesn't fit your needs. In this case, we will pay all shipping and return costs and customers won't have to pay anything extra.

Items will reimbursed once we have received them at our warehouse.

Can I return or exchange an Impetro Gear backpack if I’m not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a return and exchange policy for Impetro Gear backpacks, which is valid for 90 days since date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within this specified return period.

Do you have plans to come out with other backpacks (e.g. photography backpack, urban backpack, travel backpack, camping 45L+ backpack)?

Yes we certainly have plans to make other types of backpacks...all designed to fit our Base Unit. We extensively test out such backpacks with real users before bringing them to the market. If you have any ideas and are interested in testing out some of our designs, send us an email at customerservice@impetrogear.com and we will be sure to get back to you.

I'm based in Europe and thought my order was coming from Austria, however the delivery shows the address of a location in Canada, why?

We usually ship from our local warehouses closest to your city/country of purchase. For Europe, all orders are shipped from our Austrian warehouse.

However, in exceptional situations, when we are out of stock for a certain item, we may ship this item from another warehouse. So it is possible, that the order may be sent from Canada to Europe. In all cases though, there's no additional shipping costs/ duties for the end customer.

What is the warranty policy for Impetro Gear backpacks?

Impetro Gear offers a limited warranty valid for 3 years that covers manufacturing defects and material issues. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team (customerservice@impetrogear.com) with your purchase details and a description of the issue.
