We are IMPETRO GEAR, a new outdoor gear company originally founded in Salzburg, Austria and now operating from Vancouver and Toronto, Canada.

We are mountain sports enthusiasts, and we always wanted a versatile,ergonomic, and fully featured backpack for all our mountain sports. We developed our own concept and designed something completely new, simply because nothing on the market fulfilled our wishes. One backpack to rule them all.

Management and Operations

Based out of Toronto, Kamran is an avid hiker and undeterred in his pursuit of changing the way we view the outdoors, to make it more accessible and more affordable, to make backpacks that redefine it all.

UMAIR

Management and Digital

Living in Vancouver but having grown up near the Canadian Rockies, Umair has always been immersed in the outdoors. Now it means immersing others with Impetro Gear to experience the outdoors like never before.

LUKE

Development and Production Consultant

Luke is an Australian living in Vietnam. With significant experience in designing backpacks, Luke provides support in both the development and production of the backpacks.

JEREMY

Design and Development

Originally from France and now living in Austria, Jeremy always had a passion for product design, and was one of the original concept developers and founders behind our modular backpack system.
